Mailing Procedure

1. Go to Reporter and clone a similar newsletter
2. Continue to edit newsletter untill finished, then hit final write button
3. Send Denise the URL to proof
4. On denise's run utility (F11) then pick "Write newsletter email list" which does emailexport.prg
5. FTP M:\speaktomecatalog.com\mailing\emailstome.tab to /mailing
6. Hit /db/emailupdate.php
7. Hit /db/emailgenerate.php ... or if emiling to just blind hit emailsgenerate_blind.php
8. Telnet (putty.exe user:speakt5)
9. cd mailing
10. perl test.pl
11. check mailing piece and fix any mistakes by redoing (2), and (8) above
12. perl mailer.pl

Send /speak.txt to blind customers

1. Hit /db/gen.speak.txt.php to update speak.txt
2. On denise's run utility (F11) then pick "Write newsletter email list" which does emailexport.prg
3. FTP M:\speaktomecatalog.com\mailing\emailstome.tab to /mailing
4. Hit /db/emailupdate.php
5. Hit /db/gen_blind_emails.php
6. Telnet (putty.exe user:speakt5)
7. cd ../mailing
8. perl test_blind.pl
9. check mailing piece and fix any mistakes
10. perl blind.pl
